Every year, Google.org identifies rising leaders from their cohort of grantees for its initiatives. These people are addressing today’s most pressing challenges - from social advocacy to applied tech - and working towards creating a better future for all. My team worked closely together with Google.org to create the content and art direction for the ‘AI Philanthropy Dialogues’.

The challenge of creating a strong visual direction with tight budget and time constraints.

We turned production constraints into a clear creative framework, focusing on the highest-impact art direction with the leanest possible setup. By limiting tools, equipment, and complexity, we created a visual approach that felt considered and expressive while remaining efficient to produce.

The opportunity was hidden inside the constraint.

A tight timeline naturally filtered out the noise. Fewer approval rounds, fewer competing opinions, fewer reasons to second-guess a direction that was working. The time pressure didn't compromise the output, it protected it.
